4340 STEEL CONNECTING RODS
Conrods are made from 4340 steel as an aircraft grade alloy because of its superior strength and durability. Steel that meets Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) 4340 standards, elements as follows:
Besides these elements make our rods high performance. Most useful rods are 100% machined fully CNC machine in controlled temperature with best factory cost directly.
Our design team works closely with every customer needs using the latest CAD technology to come true design whether used sample for an OE application, simple drawing that customer made or custom made rods for full race applications.
In addition to custom batch manufacture, we also hold some STD rods in stock for many popular race engines, which can be provided for new customers when they need sample to test.
At present, an abundance of 4340 connection rods with steel bushing is available for all famous engine types or custom made can be done. All of our inventory are:
